how it works:

Determine your event date/time, event location and guest count then submit an inquiry form below. Our team will reach out to you to confirm all the details!

You'll receive an online contract and payment link via our booking system. Once you sign the contract & pay the deposit, you're officially booked on our calendar!

Workshop time! Our team will handle gathering all the ingredients & materials for creating your own cheese boards & teaching you and your party the do’s and don’ts of cheeseboard construction.

Voila! After completing the workshop, our team will answer any questions and leave you & your party to celebrate and enjoy your creations. Workshops are the perfect addition to a fun evening!

  • Great question! All workshops include:

    • All ingredients and materials for creating your own cheeseboard.

    • An hour teaching on how to shop for ingredients and the do’s and don’ts of cheeseboard construction.

    • Exclusive pricing on official Salt & Honey Co custom boards – You each keep your own wooden board!

  • Workshops are $125 per person.

  • Great question! We require a minimum of 6 people for a private workshop.

  • We are happy to accommodate any allergies/intolerances (gluten-free, vegetarian) upon request. Please be sure to note this when you submit an inquiry form!

  • Workshops last about 1-1.5 hours. Our team will spend about 60 minutes going through the do’s + don’ts of cheeseboard construction with you and your party.

  • We do workshops across the Charlotte area, so our travel fee is different everywhere we go! If you are wanting us to come to you for a workshop, please let us know when submitting an inquiry form. Our team will be able to provide specifics + insight on travel fees then!

  • Yes, the Salt & Honey Co rental space will be available beginning October 2025!

Rental Rate: $175/hour (2-hour minimum)
Food Minimum: $500
