We are an artisan charcuterie and catering company specializing in charcuterie, catering, workshops, and events. We go beyond the typical grazing table, offering full-service catering, hands-on board-building workshops, specialty crafted charcuterie boards, and more.

Our passion stems from a genuine love of cheese, celebration, and creating memorable moments. We aim to deliver a unique, sensory experience for every guest, while also promoting and supporting other local businesses within our community.

Our space is designed to be a place where people can gather, celebrate, and enjoy charcuterie, wine, and so much more. It serves as our headquarters for online orders, grab-and-go charcuterie (available on a first-come, first-served basis), a venue for workshops, and a welcoming spot to relax, connect, and explore the Joinery community.

 FAQs

  • We recommend placing all orders at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute orders, please call us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. You can also stop by and check our Grab & Go fridge for ready-made options. 

  • Yes! Delivery is available Wednesday–Saturday, between 10 AM and 3 PM, within a 10-mile radius. Need your order on a Sunday? We recommend scheduling delivery for Saturday and storing it in the fridge—it’ll be ready to go the next day! 

  • Yes! Pickup is available during business hours from our location. You’ll receive pickup details and instructions once your order is confirmed. 

  • There are several convenient parking options near our store: 

    Retail Garage: Located in the alley directly behind our shop 
    Street Parking: Available on surrounding streets (subject to availability) 
    Paid Parking: Gravel lot located across the street from our storefront 

    Look for signage, and please follow any posted parking regulations.

  • No refunds

    We appreciate your understanding, as each order is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients and planning in advance.

  • Yes! We can accommodate allergies, gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary needs—just let us know when you order. 

  • Orders can be placed through our website form or by calling us directly. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance.
